This comfortable and relaxing cottage occupies a central location within the delightful coastal village of Ballantrae and has been completely refurbished to ensure that your holiday is as comfortable as possible.

The cottage is bright, spacious and fully furnished with an eclectic mix of old and new. The accommodation is ideally arranged for up to three couples (see Floor Plan) or for families with older children as it has three separate sleeping units. The two upstairs double bedrooms each with bath/shower room/wc are accessed by separate staircases, and the ground floor twin bedded room has an adjacent shower room/wc. All bedrooms have TV with Free-view and the beds are fitted with electric blankets.

The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, together with an extending dining table seating up to six people.

The lounge is fully furnished with comfy sofas and chairs together with Free-view television and provides Wi-Fi access with no extra cost.

The accommodation will support up to 6 people and one well behaved pet is welcome to visit. Please note, for the comfort of all our guests, we would ask that you do not smoke in the cottage.

The attractive, fully enclosed rear garden is well furnished with patio equipment and a barbeque. It also enjoys views of the sea over surrounding properties.

The cottage is ideally placed for the local shop, pub and tea room, each of which are within one hundred yards, and provides easy access to the Foreland, beaches and harbour.

The property has on road parking and additional parking is available for one vehicle within the car park of the nearby hotel.
